I’m Dr. Nicole Scott, an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, MENSA member, and Executive Coach specializing in giftedness, team dynamics, leadership development, and psychological safety. I help individuals, leaders, and their organizations harness the power of differences as strengths to thrive in today's changing world of work.
