As an I/O Psychologist, ICF Certified Coach, and member of MENSA, I'm on a mission to foster well-being in the workplace and promote organizational effectiveness by harnessing the power of behavioral science.  My passion lies in empowering Gifted individuals, leaders, and organizations to thrive in today's changing world. With a deep understanding of the importance of adaptability and the challenges Gifted adults face in the workplace, I help my clients not only navigate the workplace and uncertainty but also harness high ability and enhanced adaptability as a catalyst for growth.
